Some good news just dropped!
According to Axios: Vice President Kamala Harris leapt to a six-point lead over former President Trump in the wake of last week's presidential debate in a Morning Consult poll: "Her 51% of support among likely voters, which is also at a record high, is driven largely by her best figures to date among Democrats, Biden 2020 voters, liberals, women, 18- to 34-year-olds and millennials," it said. Morning Consult's voter criteria includes any registered voters who say they're highly likely to vote in the November election.
But the election is STILL FAR TOO CLOSE for comfort. We all need to KEEP ON DOING SOMETHING every day until Harris-Walz WINS.
Help Galvanize Women to Vote Blue
In this post, I want to tell you about an important organization that’s generating NEW support for Harris in a critical group of women voters. The twin engine of Galvanize Action/One For All Committee has been elevated by the Harris Campaign as one of 13 key independent groups that could help elect the vice president over the final 50 days through advertising, registration or other voter mobilization efforts.
Here are a few reasons why OFAC | Galvanize Action is SO important to the race:
The gender gap this term is likely to be the largest in HISTORY— over 31 points, with men turning against Harris nationwide by a harrowing 23 points. WOMEN ARE BY FAR OUR BEST HOPE.
Galvanize Action/OFAC has been scientifically proven to move moderate women, both in their thinking and at the polls. This is the largest voting bloc in the country and reaching them is vital to a Harris victory. Since 2020, their methods and results have been scrupulously tested using controlled studies and proven to yield new NET votes for Democrats.
These twin groups connect with moderate women in rural, small town, and suburban communities through fine-tuned messages that speak to their personal concerns.
Galvanize Action works at the intersection of data science, behavioral psychology, and neuroscience to find women who want progress on key issues but aren’t reliably playing a role to get us there, connect with them on their values, and impact their civic behavior.
The One For All Committee works to reach moderate women through carefully targeted local and online ads to encourage them to vote Blue.
